Are you a law firm?
No. This is a business and technical review, not legal advice. For legal interpretation, consult a qualified attorney. Sending a form does not create an attorney-client relationship, because we are not attorneys.
Will you say whether a contract is enforceable?
No. We can point at a commercial term that is unclear, such as renewal or ownership. We will not tell you the term is legal, illegal, or enforceable.
Do you take a commission from the vendor?
No. The vendor does not pay us to approve the proposal. We do not sell you their service.
Who does the work?
Friday researches, analyzes, and writes. That work is AI-assisted. Dave is the accountable owner and reviews a recommendation before it is sent. A request on this site does not by itself start that work.
Do you use AI?
Yes. Friday uses AI tools in the research and drafting. Say so, and treat the result as a draft a person still has to stand behind. AI can miss things. The review is not a guarantee.
How much does it cost, and how fast is it?
Neither a price nor a turnaround is published, because neither is set. The form does not take payment. Sending it does not reserve a time.
What should I send?
Your name, email, the kind of proposal, and a short description of what you are being asked to sign. The business name is optional. Leave out passwords, card numbers, bank details, and government ID numbers.
Can I upload the proposal?
Not in this version. There is no file upload. Do not paste a confidential document into the description.
Will I get a confirmation email?
No. The site does not send email. The page tells you whether the request was saved. If Dave can take it, he will write to the email you entered. There is no automatic reply.
Is my request public?
No. It is stored in a private database so Dave can read it. There is no public page of requests and no public admin address on this site.
What if my request is outside those four areas?
You can still send it and say what it is. Dave may decline it. The form only confirms whether the note was saved.
Is the sample a real client?
No. The sample review is synthetic. It is there so you can see the shape of a note. It is not a result and not advice for your business.
How do I ask you to delete what I sent?
Send another request through the form and say that you want a previous request deleted, with the reference if you have it. There is no separate delete button. Dave deletes stored requests. The site does not do it automatically.
