Who operates the site
Dave is the accountable owner of the Prior to Signing brand. No legal entity name and no street address are published here, because none has been supplied for publication. The intended domain is priortosigning.com.
What you can submit
The request form asks for your name, email address, an optional business name, a category, a short description, and your confirmation that you understand the limits. If the request is saved, the database also stores the time and a reference id.
Do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, bank details, government ID numbers, or confidential files. This version has no file upload. If a description looks like it contains a card number, a government ID pattern, or password-like text, the form rejects it and does not save it. Do not rely on that filter. Leave those details out.
What else the application stores
To limit repeated submissions, the application stores a hash of the connecting network address, not the raw address. The hash is not a password and it is not used to identify you on other sites. Old rate-limit rows are deleted after a couple of days. The request itself is kept until Dave deletes it.
The site does not set its own analytics cookie. It does not run a third-party analytics tag. Cloudflare hosts the site and the database and processes connection data under its own terms. That hosting is separate from the fields you type into the form.
Where a saved request goes
Saved requests go into a private Cloudflare D1 database. The Worker binding is named DB. The database name is prior-to-signing-intake. There is no public page that lists requests and no public admin address.
If that database is not connected, or the intake tables have not been created, the form does not pretend the request was saved. The page says it was not stored, and nothing is sent on.
The site does not send email. There is no automatic confirmation and no automatic report. If Dave can take a review, he writes to the email address you provided. That reply is a person writing, not a message from this form.
Deletion and copies
To ask for a copy or for deletion, send another request through the form and say what you want, including the reference id if you still have it. Dave handles that from the private database. There is no automated delete button.
